Presenting: Craft Rotation 2
The Third Grade student have moved on to their second craft skill of three: Quilt design, Cardboard Sculptures and Weaving. Toomey's class created a quilt square with fabric collage. These squares show a memory. The then helped Ms. Beaird arrange them and design the background. Grave's class mastered the basic weaving technique. Some students even had time to make two or three. Washam's class built creative and unique cardboard sculptures to symbolize themselves.

Presenting: Craft Rotation I
The Third Grade student have been working on three different craft based skills: Quilt design, Cardboard Sculptures and Weaving. The classes have been rotating through the three different projects. Toomey's class began with cardboard sculpture self portrait symbols. Grave's made beautiful "quilt" squares of important or significant memories and put them together to make one large class quilt. Washam's class got the hang of the weaving pattern and process.
